Found someone who shares my time and we get along and you can say the rest is history we are gonna see where it all takes us. This is just too many words to describe our relationship. But we are happy and are going to try and make it work.
Love is a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes that ranges from interpersonal affection ("I love my mother") to pleasure ("I loved that meal"). It can refer to an emotion of a strong attraction and personal attachment. It can also be a virtue representing human kindness, compassion, and affection—"the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another". It may also describe compassionate and affectionate actions towards other humans, one's self or animals.
Non-Western traditions have also distinguished variants or symbioses of these states. This diversity of uses and meanings combined with the complexity of the feelings involved makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, compared to other emotional states.
Love in its various forms acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationships and, owing to its central psychological importance, is one of the most common themes in the creative arts.
Love may be understood as a function to keep human beings together against menaces and to facilitate the continuation of the species.
Found the one. And I will not be back. Thank you !!!! Time to devote myself to a new relationship. Good luck to everyone.
Thanks so much. Take care and have faith. There is someone out there for everyone.
On our first date, we went out on American Lake in a canoe. It was a public setting, yet private enough to feel that we could focus entirely on each other. About 3 hours into our date, one speed boat past by us in one direction, while another sped by on the other side of the canoe in the opposite direction causing turbulent water. We were so focused on each other that attention to the balance point was forgotten and shockingly the canoe capsized. In our partial fear and surprise, on that day, we learned something about each other on a deeper level than would have taken six months or more of dating to learn. We formed a bond from that event that deepened our appreciation of each other and of life. A bond that manifested into a mutually loving and respectful relationship. We married on the same lake where our canoe had capsized, thus giving rise to the saying, "We took the plunge where we took the plunge."
We both live in the same state and actually started off our conversations mutually admitting that we lived a few hundred miles away. But I am just starting a Law Enforcement Academy and she is still deep into her nursing school studies, so, the casual way that the site allowed us to get to know each other and plan for meeting up let the long-distance relationship become closer and closer.
I thank you very much, PS, as I'd never have met her if it weren't for you! AND WITHOUT "THE TALK OF DEATH," TOO!! :D
I'll be honest, after almost 4 years on here. Weeding through profiles and meeting almost half a dozen women in person. I finally found someone I want to marry. She is amazing and everything I always wanted. I feel so lucky. I think due to our situation and the horrible people we have each dated we really appreciate each other so much more. I'm so thankful to this site. Before I was on here life felt hopeless and I never thought I would meet someone. I'm so happy and grateful this site is here. She is so perfect for me and I know without the site I would of never met her. Thank you so much.
I can't believe that an unfortunate circumstance has led me to such a wonderful man. When I was diagnosed, I never thought that finding love was going to be possible. I hope to spend the rest of my life with him.
Yet to be written. Connected on the site. We talked and met for a date. I have a good feeling and think it will work out. Yet to be written. Connected on the site. We talked and met for a date. I have a good feeling and think it will work out.
